Bilateral stimulation for sleep? It’s like a dream come true.

When your mind won’t shut off and your body is still holding the day, Dharma Dr.’s EMDR-inspired tabs help guide your nervous system into rest—gently and naturally.

With alternating bilateral stimulation, your brain gets the signal that it’s safe to slow down, unwind, and let go. No screens. No forcing sleep. Just rhythmic support that helps your system settle in as little as 30 seconds.

Use them for a few minutes before bed or when nighttime thoughts start looping. Because better sleep starts with regulation—not willpower.

Tap into rest. Tap into your potential. 🌙✨
