Our clinic offers one-on-one personalized physical therapy sessions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

1️⃣ Runner’s Knee: Strengthen your quads, glutes, and core to keep your knees stable and aligned.
2️⃣ Shin Splints: Gradually increase mileage and wear supportive shoes to reduce stress on your legs.
3️⃣ IT Band Syndrome: Strengthen your glutes and foam roll regularly to avoid tightness and knee pain.
4️⃣ Achilles Tendinitis: Stretch your calves and increase training intensity gradually to protect your tendons.
