So much fun at the Bingo Night! They collected so many toys! Although we didn’t win, we had a fantastic time watching the girls learn how to lose (even though there were many dramatic tears).

Santa had one busy day! School drop off, a little self care, Taco Tuesday, a local celebrity appearance and some neighborhood caroling!

The holiday season is in full swing and we have a few appointments left over the next few days!

When you ask your injector to under-dose you, you’re doing yourself a disfavor and will likely be upset when it doesn’t last the full duration that you are expecting!

It is important to properly dose because proper dosage does equal duration. What does this mean?

Higher dose equals a better effect and longer lasting results.

Lower doses, AKA “baby tox”, will not last the full 3 months!

Certain factors influence your dosage, such as the area being treated and the strength of the muscles.
