Hands-on training with 2 surgical days where you’ll perform 2 crestal sinus lifts + implant placements each, using the Nova Bone technique. Includes a half-day lecture and networking. Learn advanced techniques to expand your treatment options and patient care.
2️⃣ Full Arch Immediate Load | Digitally Driven Guided Surgery:
From Planning to Delivery in 2 Days
Master full arch cases clinically and from a business perspective. Learn to select the right cases, streamline chair time, and increase profitability. In collaboration with 3DDX, you’ll do digital conversions using your intraoral + facial scanner, PMMA stackable guides, and denture conversions. Includes lecture + 3 surgeries with next-day prosthetic deliveries.

Learn prosthetic-driven implant placement in the posterior maxilla & mandible. Dr. Burke will guide you through bone grafting, membrane selection, sinus lifts, soft tissue management, and handling complications. Each participant will place 2 implants in a live surgery setting.
