It was our pleasure to be one of the sponsors of the fall Iaedp meeting on Friday (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals) in Scottsdale.

The luncheon offered a chance to connect with many of our colleagues in the community, as well as hear an interesting presentation from Tammy Beasley, MS, RDN, CEDS-C, called "The Trauma-Informed RD: Integrating Trauma-based Stages of Regulate/Relate/Reason into Nutrition Healing."

We appreciate being part of this community of healers dedicated to helping people overcome eating disorders!

We are fans of the show "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," and have always been tickled by this silly scene when Kimmy announces to Lillian and Titus that she is starting therapy. Of course, Kimmy’s friends are more excited they guessed correctly in charades, so Healthy Futures director, Mia Elwood, steps in to give Kimmy the proper response!

Our amazing office goddess, Norena’s last day! She has reigned for over 3 years and has been such a loving and professional presence for all who are part of our small but mighty family here at Healthy Futures. We will miss her greatly! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ she is leaving all in the capable hands of her work sister, Crystal! She prepared a lovely binder for instruction in all she does every day. We will miss you, Norena! Muah!💋

Group therapy offers so many benefits to those who participate. In this video, we offer a very short illustration of one of those benefits.
