At Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, we believe healing happens in the everyday moments—every hello, every conversation, every connection.

We’re proud to introduce MHT Milieu Moments, our newest initiative built on the foundation of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC).

This isn’t just a program, it’s a movement. Through a Train-the-Trainer model, our incredible MHT trainers are stepping up as TIC Champions, leading the way in building a culture where every staff member is a role model and every patient interaction is grounded in safety, trust, and compassion.

As a token of appreciation, our TIC Champions received a special gift after completing their training. Thank you to our amazing MHT team: Cheyenne, Dalemisha, Luis, Marie S., Mike G., Myron, Nadeem, and Tarabu for always going above and beyond.

Because when the culture shifts, so does the care.

Throwback to our game day spirit at Via Linda Behavioral! Just like the big game brings teams together, we know life is all about having the right teammates by your side.

With Taylor Swift recently saying “yes” to her forever teammate, we’re reminded how important it is to have strong, supportive relationships, whether on the field, at home, or in our mental health journey.

Because in football, love, and mental wellness, having the right team makes all the difference. ✨🏈

Team spirit is strong at Via Linda Behavioral as some of our staff members dress up in their favorite jerseys for the big game this weekend! Who are you cheering for? Let us know in the comments! 🏈

Yesterday, our Chief Clinical Officer, Tamara Luckett-Cavanaugh, joined Jaime Cerreta on Arizona's Family to shed light on the heavy impact of the tragic event at Maryvale High School. She spoke about how teens process trauma after devastating incidents like this, and what parents can do to help their children navigate these difficult emotions.

At Via Linda, we know that healing begins with understanding. We are grateful for Tamara’s expertise and compassionate voice during such a heartbreaking time for our community. Our thoughts are with the students, families, and everyone affected.

If you or your teen is struggling, Via Linda is here to support you. Our phones are answered 24/7 at 480-476-7210
