SAGUARO RECOVERY IS SEEKING A MALE RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT (weekend coverage) FOR SUPPORTIVE LIVING IN SCOTTSDALE/CAVE CREEK! 🧐🤩🥳

Who here is on fire for their recovery?! Share your your passion and journey with like-minded women in an incredible setting with Saguaro Recovery.

This is a peer leadership position with heavily discounted room and board, which is generally earned by a qualified alumni or senior member of the program. You live on site full time, lead by example, and participate in a program and community. This includes your stay full time, food and gym membership (Cost is reduced from approximately $3.1k/month as a standard client down to $100/wk for the residential assistant)

The Residential Assistant provides coverage for the Primary House Manager on the weekends, from Friday evening to Sunday evening. This role enables full-time employment or classes on weekdays.
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 month commitment to the position
- Minimum 90 days sober, actively working the steps with a sponsor (at 6th Step or more preferred)
- Personal experience in sober living and/or behavioral health services
- CPR and Narcan certification is helpful, or we will provide access to it.
- Seeking for immediate placement/move-in or ASAP
- A vehicle is necessary at this property due to location (Dixileta and Scottsdale Road)

Saguaro Recovery is seeking a male full-time house manager and a male weekend house manager for its men’s supportive living home located in the Heights neighborhood of Houston. These are live-in house manager positions. The full-time manager is on duty Sunday evening through Friday afternoon. The weekend house manager is on duty Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. - $400 cash per week
- Private room (yours full time even when off duty)
- Car for both business and personal use

Tax exempt compensation includes: full time room (shared) and board (all food included), plus a gym membership! Live and eat onsite full time!

The Residential Assistant provides coverage for the Primary House Manager on the weekends, from Friday evening to Sunday evening. This role enables full-time employment or classes on weekdays.
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 month commitment to the position
- Minimum 90 days sober, actively working the steps with a sponsor (at 12th Step preferred)
- Personal or professional experience/interest in behavioral health, recovery housing, trauma-healing and service are all a positive
- CPR certification is helpful, or we will provide it.
- Immediate availability (within 2 weeks) preferred.
- A vehicle is helpful at this location but not required. (Approx. 44th St. and Greenway)
