Cappa Health CAPPA is a year long program to support individuals in their journey to improve their health and feel better.

Cappa Health is a mobile health platform leading the delivery in intense behavioral counseling for chronic disease programs. The Cappa program's are high-touch, scalable and cost-effective online behavior change programs that address the growing epidemic of chronic disease. Our flagship program Cappa vDPP, is based on the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP), is a results-based program to help people lose weight and positively impact the risk factors that contribute to type 2 diabetes. Cappa engages participants with an updated evidence-based curriculum, the guidance of a Registered Dietitian “coach”, a supportive social network, and digital tracking tools that include a wireless scale and mobile app. We currently deliver the Cappa vDPP directly to health plan’s for their members, employers (employee health program) and communities.
