Something’s been shifting quietly behind the scenes ✨

Over the past few months, I’ve been bringing my work into deeper alignment with the women I serve, the kind of care I deliver, and the values that guide it all.

Change has been happening slowly and intentionally and I have been refining how I show up. I have also been refining what it truly means to heal at the root.

Why does your stomach always act up when you travel? 

You’re not imagining it and it’s not just you.

If you’ve ever packed backup outfits, scoped out bathrooms at every stop, or silently hoped your gut would just behave until you got home… I see you.

Here’s what’s really going on behind those out-of-town flare-ups:

• Disrupted routine → your microbiome thrives on rhythm and predictability

For me, I always bring melatonin when I travel to help regulate the circadian rhythm. This helps to regulate my gut when I travel and ensure it’s on the right rhythm for whatever time zone I am in.

😳 Ever had to plan your outfit around bloating?

It’s not just about food. It’s about how it feels to be stuck in meetings or on a plane, silently praying your stomach behaves.

Whenever I thought about traveling to a conference, I would always think about wearing that cute dress, but what if I am bloated? Do I have to pack spanx? What if it’s humid and I have to wear compression? I’m going to want to be happy but deep down I’d feel like a miserable sausage.

I knew I had to try to plan for this so this is what I’d do:
✅ Pack digestive enzymes,
✅ Bring some ginger tea,
✅ Avoid foods that I knew I’d react to
✅ Bring outfits that I knew would be ok if the bloating happened

Here’s the deal: Your thyroid is like your body’s thermostat. When it’s out of balance, everything feels “off.”

Are you living your life or are you stuck in fear?

I wanted to share this moment with you. It stopped me in my tracks.

Why do we wait for a diagnosis, a wake-up call, or someone else’s permission to really live?

Fear can be paralyzing.

But staying stuck robs us of the life we’re meant to experience.

So I’ll ask you what I asked myself that day:

➡️ Are you truly living your life?
➡️ Or are you stuck in fear?

Is estrogen dominance really the problem? Let’s clear this up. 🤔

It’s not just high estrogen—it’s imbalance ⚖️.

🚨 Signs to watch for:
• Heavy, painful periods
• Mood swings & bloating
• Sore breasts before your period
• Night sweats

Here’s the deal, estrogen will ALWAYS be higher than progesterone on testing.

Also, there are other hormones like progesterone and testosterone which, when out of balance, can have very similar symptoms.

I know you have a stack of books you want to read someday. 📚

When you feel overwhelmed, even the most simple task like reading a book can feel like it’s too much.

Those emotions like overwhelm, guilt, frustration, etc., have an effect on your gut health.

When you’re go-go-go and don’t make time for sitting down, everything stops - digestion slows, libido dwindles, and creativity slows. 😩

No one said you had to read an entire book in one sitting.

📖 Make it manageable.

⏰Just 10 minutes a day in the morning will set your day up for success! It will also put you in a place of calm and creativity.

Have hypothyroidism and looking to optimize your thyroid function? 

⬆️This info is ESSENTIAL. 

If this conversion is sluggish, you may feel the effects of low thyroid function even if T4 levels are within the normal range. 

You may feel:

😴 tired
😶‍🌫️ like you’re living in a mental fog
😤 irritable
🧐 and forgetful,
among other symptoms.
