She attends shows and educational seminars across the West Coast to learn new styles and stay up to date with new trends in the hairstyling world. She can meet any clients beauty expectation through her creativity and talent. Due to her high training, she specializes in all looks and unique styles. Mara has been working out of the Urge Salon for over 6 years and continues to hone her skills. She specializes in modern styles, cutting, coloring, and extensions. Whether it is a haircut, highlights, all-over color, or a total brand new style, Mara makes sure to use the the color and style of your hair to compliment your skin tone and face shape. She also holds a Natressa hair extensions certification through Natressa. Much of her work can be seen in Scottsdale hair shows through the Fall and Summer months. She have been participating in these shows since she moved her business to Scottsdale. She has also done competitions for styling where she received a 2nd place award in 2005 and 3rd place award in 2006. Mara uses Moroccan Oil, ISO, Redken, and Lunza products.
