Four years.
June 1st marked four years since we opened Integrated Spine, Pain & Wellness. And while our name hasn’t changed, so much else has — especially our mission and the way we show up to serve.
I’ve grown.
The vision has evolved.
And how I partner with people on their health journey today — it feels more aligned than ever.
What I didn’t expect when we started this?
Was how much I’d fall in love with the people I get to meet.
Every single day, someone extraordinary walks through our doors — and I get to sit with them, hear their story, and walk beside them in a meaningful way.
There are so many moments where I stop and think… “How is this real? How do I get to do this?”
It’s not lost on me for a second.
And of course — any entrepreneur knows, this path isn’t always easy. long nights, weekends, the uncertainty, growing pains, and the quiet moments where you wonder if the vision is still clear.
But the good? The impact? The purpose?
It outweighs the hard tenfold. And I wouldn’t trade a single step of it.

We’re four years in. We’ve come so far.
