Driven by a physician that is very family-oriented, the team will strive to provide the same level of care that they would demand of themselves for their loved ones.

Hearing a lot about stem cells?

Not sure what actually applies to you?

Before you make a decision, understand how this works.

On Tuesday, we’re talking about:

• What stem cells are• How they work in your body• What changes as we age• Who may be a good fit for treatment• And how to support your own stem cells naturally

If you want to stay active and protect your long-term health, this conversation is for you.

Tuesday, February 24th at 4 p.m. MST

You’re not 25 anymore.
But your calendar still thinks you are.

Flights. Meetings. Training. Shows.
You don’t have 6–8 weeks to “rest” every time something hurts.

High performers don’t just work hard.
They recover hard.
They build a body that can keep up with big demands.

Cold plunges. Infrared sauna. Vitamin C.These are levers to help improve circulation, stress tolerance, and how your cells clean up damage so your system is actually ready to heal when you need it to.

But when the wear and tear has stacked up for decades, you also need to understand what your stem cells can (and can’t) do for you.

Next Tuesday, I am having a conversation with Dan Pardi, PhD, where we are breaking down stem cell wellness and therapy:
-what stem cells are
-how they age
-how to support them
-when advanced treatments actually make sense for someone like you.

If you’re a high performer who wants to stay in the gameinstead of reorganizing your life around pain and recovery…don’t skip this.

P.S. If you’re in Scottsdale and looking for a space to level up your recovery, check out

Everyone is talking about stem cells.

But very few people truly understand:

• What they actually are
• What happens to them as we age
• Who may be an appropriate candidate
• What’s legal — and what isn’t

If you’re active and trying to avoid unnecessary surgery or long-term medications, you deserve clear information before making a decision.

Next Tuesday, February 24th at 4:00 PM in Scottsdale, I’ll be joined by Dr. Dan Pardi for a live educational event on stem cell therapy and harnessing your body’s natural healing potential.

Our goal is simple:

-To help you understand how stem cells function in a healthy body…
-How aging affects your repair systems…
-And how certain therapies are used to help improve your healing potential.

It’s an evidence-based conversation.

If you value staying active and making informed choices about your health, I’d love for you to join us.

Seats are limited.

Comment, “Talk” and I will send you the link to join us.

Most people are told surgery is the next step.
Very few are told there may be regenerative options before making that decision.

BMAC — Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate — uses your own bone marrow to support your body’s natural healing response. No artificial joint. No off-the-shelf cells. Just your biology doing what it’s designed to do.

There are long-term clinical reports showing that regenerative treatments like BMAC can help reduce pain and improve function in knees with osteoarthritis, and in some cases may delay or reduce the need for total knee replacement.

Before committing to a knee replacement, make sure you understand all your options.
An educated patient makes the best decision.

At 78 years old, my patient climbed the tallest peak in Antarctica.

No knee replacement.
No surgery.
Just his own biology.

The body is capable of more than most people are told.

I’m grateful to be part of journeys like this.

Comment REGEN to learn how we use your own biology to help you heal.

Pain does not have to define you.
There are options.

When this client came to see me, she was 70 and exhausted from living in constant pain.

She had fallen to the floor while dancing with her husband. The pain had progressed to the point where walking was becoming difficult.

She told me, “As pain progresses, life digresses.”

She had a trip to Egypt planned. Her goal was simple. She wanted to walk without fear. Climb stairs. Dance again.

After evaluating her, I believed she was a strong candidate for bone marrow stem cell therapy using her own cells.

In the weeks leading up to her departure, we worked closely every day to prepare her body.

On January 15th of this year, just one month after her procedure, she left for Egypt.

She walked through the pyramids. Climbed multiple levels on her cruise ship. Bent through narrow corridors. Danced every night.

Other travelers called her “The Energy Bunny.”

Her world did not get smaller. It got bigger!

wondering what options might exist beyond medications or surgery, we created a simple quiz to help you explore whether regenerative treatments may be supportive for you.

Comment “QUIZ,” and we’ll send it to you.

If you’ve been feeling run down, dealing with brain fog, low energy, fighting off a cold, or just feeling overall fatigued, this is for you.

Tonight, I’m hosting a free call with Dr. Barry Moon from Moon Integrative Health, and we’re breaking down EBO2 in a way that actually makes sense.

In simple terms:
EBO2 helps your body work the way it’s supposed to by improving how your cells use oxygen.
That means better energy, clearer thinking, and stronger immune support.
It’s about helping your body heal and bounce back naturally, instead of just pushing through exhaustion.

This call is for you if:
• You feel tired even after resting
• Your brain feels foggy or slow
• You keep getting sick or can’t fully recover
• You want to support your health before things get worse

On the call, you’ll learn:
• What EBO2 actually does in the body
• Who it can help (and who it’s not for)
• Why so many people feel depleted right now
• How to support energy and immunity the right way

Most people do not wake up one day in pain.
They drift there over time.

Here is what the healthiest, pain-free people do differently.

1. They manage stress early.
Before it turns into tension, pain, or illness.
Daily meditation. Real sleep. A regulated nervous system.
This lowers cortisol, reduces inflammation, and helps the body repair.

2. They move their body consistently.
Not extreme workouts. Not punishment.
Walking. Stretching. Strength.
Even 5 to 10 minutes a day protects joints and supports long-term stability.

3. They reduce inflammation at the source.
Fewer processed foods. Fewer seed oils. More sunlight.
Vitamin D matters. Cellular health matters.
Tools like red light therapy can support recovery.

4. They focus on long-term health.
No quick fixes. No band-aids.
Taking care of your body is one of the most powerful anti-aging tools there is.

5. They invest in prevention before pain takes over.
This is where I see the biggest transformations.

I have helped patients:

• climb the highest peak in Antarctica pain-free
• feel better at 90 than they did at 87
• hike Camelback multiple times a week
• travel freely again
• regain independence in daily life

Lifestyle builds the foundation.
Regenerative care helps the body heal further.

If you are ready to stop managing pain and start supporting real healing,

If you’ve been feeling wired and tired lately, you need to watch this.

If your body feels tense all the time…
If relaxing feels hard, even when you want to slow down…
If your mind is always “on,” but your energy is low…

That’s not a mindset problem.
That’s a nervous system that’s stuck in overdrive.

The Shiftwave chair is a tool to support the nervous system using vibroacoustic sound therapy paired with guided breathwork and meditation.

The gentle vibrations work through the body while your breath and brain slow down—helping your system shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state where it can actually rest, reset, and recover.

Patients often tell us:
• their body finally relaxes
• their mind quiets
• they sleep better
• they feel more grounded afterward

This isn’t about forcing relaxation.
It’s about giving your nervous system the right signals so it feels safe enough to let go.

Comment “REGEN” to learn more about the tools we use to help people feel calm, clear, and back in their bodies.
