Integrated Spine, Pain and Wellness, Scottsdale, AZ The mission of ISPW is to deliver compassionate, ethical, individualized patient-centered care based on integrity, authenticity and empathy.

We aim to empower the patient with a better quality of life using innovative techniques, complementary and alternative modalities, and evidence-based medicine to optimize patient outcomes and overall wellbeing. This practice is committed to delivering personalized care and evidence-based treatments to help decrease patients’ pain and suffering while also curbing the opioid epidemic and improving patients’ quality of life. With the worsening opioid epidemic in Arizona and nationwide, the practice will focus on effective, thoroughly studied conservative and interventional treatment modalities, as well as complementary and alternative modalities. Ideally, treatment will be applied early in the disease process to decrease patients’ pain, restore their daily function, and reduce their daily medication requirements. Driven by a physician that is very family-oriented, the team will strive to provide the same level of care that they would demand of themselves for their loved ones.

If you’re ready to reduce the stress in your body and support healing your nervous system to help relieve pain, you need to check out

Their therapies are designed to support the nervous system and may help you stop feeling overwhelmed, low energy, and stuck in survival mode.

If you’ve been under stress for a long period of time, your nervous system can stay on high alert.

When that happens, the body doesn’t get a chance to fully rest or recover.

Over time, the nervous system can begin to downshift or shut down as a protective response.

This isn’t weakness, it’s your body trying to keep you safe.

You may notice signs like:
• Gut issues
• Brain fog or memory issues
• Low energy
• Weakened immunity
• Feeling overwhelmed
• Pain, heaviness, or numbness in the body

The good news is that you can reduce stress and support nervous system healing with the right modalities.

, supportive therapies include:
• Red Light Therapy (cellular repair, inflammation support)
• PEMF (regulates the nervous system, supports circulation and recovery)
• EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) (gentle movement + oxygen to support energy and brain health)
• Ammortal Bed (deep relaxation, nervous system reset)
• HOCATT Sauna (detox, circulation, parasympathetic activation)

As you begin reducing stress and calming your nervous system, your body can start to feel regulated again.

Many people notice improvements physically and emotionally, including less pain, better sleep, clearer thinking, and more energy.

You may even feel more like yourself again.

Think of it as hitting the reset button on your nervous system.

If this resonates, consider finding a wellness center like this in your area to support you through this busy season. If you live in Phoenix go check out One Source Vitality.

PRP vs. Regenokine®
What may be a better fit?

Both use your own blood.
Both are used by people who want to avoid surgery.
They just work differently.

Save this before deciding.

PRP
You may be a fit if you:

• Want to avoid surgery
• Have mild to moderate pain
• Have a recent or localized injury
• Have pain in one joint or tendon
• Are okay scaling back activity for a short time
• Want a targeted healing approach

The Regenokine® Program
You may be a fit if you:

• Want to avoid surgery
• Have chronic or long-standing pain
• Struggle with ongoing inflammation
• Need little to no downtime
• Live an active lifestyle and cannot have downtime

Regenokine® is an exclusive treatment.
Only nine doctors in the United States offer it.

You no longer need a passport.
I am one of those nine and the only doctor in Arizona.

We always recommend a consultation with a doctor who specializes in regenerative medicine and is certified to perform both PRP and Regenokine® procedures. This ensures you are guided toward the option that best fits your body, your pain, and your goals.

Neither treatment is better.
The right choice depends on you.

Do you ever worry about getting older and not being able to move your body?

Not walking well.
Not playing golf.
Not doing the things you love.

Real anti-aging is about keeping your body strong and moving as you age.

That’s where regenerative medicine comes in.

Regenerative care helps support your joints, spine, and tissues so they stay healthier longer.

It’s not just for when you’re in pain, it’s also a powerful preventive tool, especially if you’re active.

The goal isn’t just to feel better now.
The goal is to move better later.

The earlier you protect your body, the better it supports you as you age.

If staying strong, active, and mobile long-term matters to you, save this and send me a message to learn more.

Most people think healing only happens in the exam room.
But the nervous system doesn’t work that way.

A body heals best when it feels calm, supported, and safe.
And the same is true for the people providing the care.

When a team is regulated, connected, and grounded, patients feel it.
Energy matters. Presence matters. The environment matters more than most people realize.

This year, we’ve worked hard to shift how patient care is done—
focusing on nervous system health, healing pain at the root, eating well, sleeping better, and moving our bodies with intention.

So instead of another holiday dinner, we chose something different.

A day of connection.
A nervous system reset.
Nourishing food.
Time to slow down and practice what we teach.

We spent the day doing exactly that, so we can walk into the new year feeling grounded, restored, and more ready than ever to show up for our patients with clarity, care, and presence.

Healing doesn’t start with a procedure.
It starts with safety and body optimization, setting the foundation the body needs to heal.

The nervous system responds to energy, environment, and presence.

That’s why the state of the care team matters just as much as the tools they use.

If you’ve been told it’s just aging… it’s time for something better.

So many people are frustrated after years of feeling rushed, unheard, and stuck in a cycle of pills, injections, and “let’s just wait and see.”

You walk into those visits hoping for answers… and you walk out with the same pain and no real plan. Or, pain relief that lasts for a short time, only to return.

You deserve more than that.
Your body deserves more than that.

Starting January 2026, our Concierge Pain Care Programs are built to change the way you heal, for good.

Here’s what you get:

• Direct access to me (Dr. Goyle) so you’re never left waiting or guessing
• More one-on-one time to actually understand what’s going on in your body
• A customized plan made for your pain, your goals, and your lifestyle
• Care that finds the real problem, not quick fixes or band-aids
• Treatments that help your body heal, not mask symptoms
• Prevention-focused support so the pain doesn’t keep coming back
• A partner in your health who listens, checks in, and stays with you every step

This is pain care that puts you first.
This is the way healing should feel.

If you want to learn more, send me a message, and I’ll walk you through it.
