We aim to empower the patient with a better quality of life using innovative techniques, complementary and alternative modalities, and evidence-based medicine to optimize patient outcomes and overall wellbeing. This practice is committed to delivering personalized care and evidence-based treatments to help decrease patients’ pain and suffering while also curbing the opioid epidemic and improving patients’ quality of life. With the worsening opioid epidemic in Arizona and nationwide, the practice will focus on effective, thoroughly studied conservative and interventional treatment modalities, as well as complementary and alternative modalities. Ideally, treatment will be applied early in the disease process to decrease patients’ pain, restore their daily function, and reduce their daily medication requirements. Driven by a physician that is very family-oriented, the team will strive to provide the same level of care that they would demand of themselves for their loved ones.

Red light therapy may increase cellular energy (ATP). Sometimes by up to 200%, helping your body repair tissue, reduce inflammation, and recover faster.

Red light therapy works deep beneath the surface—stimulating your mitochondria (your body’s energy centers) to heal from the inside out. More energy means less pain, faster recovery, and better performance.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, post-workout soreness, or just want to optimize longevity, red light therapy helps you:

• Reduce inflammation and joint pain
• Boost collagen and skin health
• Improve circulation and recovery
• Support mood, sleep, and cellular repair

It’s not just light—it’s your body’s natural way to recharge and restore itself.

Want to try Red Light for free? Come by our clinic in Scottsdale. We have the full panel and can gift you three 20-minute sessions so you can see the benefits for yourself.

Most people think all joint pain is the same… but it’s not.

Osteoarthritis wears down your cartilage — the “cushion” between bones — usually from age or overuse.
Rheumatoid arthritis is totally different. It’s your immune system attacking your joints, creating inflammation that can spread throughout the body.

Knowing the difference matters — because how you treat them should never be the same.

Learn what’s really behind your joint pain and how to protect your mobility long-term.
