I took 16 days off of my routine and I gained 8lbs. I know I'm not the only one in this situation. It's extremely difficult to maintain your routine over the holidays. I did my best and I still gained quite a bit of fat.
If you're reading this and you're in the same situation, stop bingeing and start getting back in the fitness wagon. Put the high calorie food down and walk around the block. You can do it.
