January Strength Training days will be Wednesday & Friday from 7-8pm at Thunderbird High School. February will most likely move to Monday & Wednesday nights to better prep athletes for weekend track meets.
**Strength Training is for ages 11+. Please email me if interested in joining. Athletes will get onboarded during select training phases to ensure proper training and coaching for all athletes
Jump days for will be before from 5:30-6:45. Please show up to jump practices 5-10 minutes early to assure warm ups are started ON TIME.
For athletes going to both bobcats practice and the strength training I will provide light snacks to eat in the 15 minute gap while we go over lifts for the day. If athletes have allergies or food restrictions please bring own snacks with.

Sunday, February 15 | Long Jump | 3-5pm
Sunday February 22 | Triple Jump | 3-5pm
