✨Patient Spotlight✨ Kathy has been a long time patient but ended up taking some time off between treatments up until a simple movement “tweaked” her back. Unless she just wanted to come see .ster. Luckily we have been able to slowly but surely get her back on her feet and back to her activities!

The importance of proactive maintenance is crucial! We are constantly challenging our bodies and all it takes is a small movement to “break the camels back!” Staying consistent and proactive in just about every aspect in life is important, especially when it comes to our health!!
