Momma’s you don’t have to suffer from sciatic pain during pregnancy. Pain is an indicator that something is wrong in the body. With the pelvic instability most mommas feel during pregnancy, it is important to maintain alignment of your pelvis as your body continues to go through changes each week.

If you are living with pain during your pregnancy, this is your sign to get some help.

Often times mommas get into their 20+ weeks and think to themselves “how am
I going to make it to 40 weeks when I’m already in this much pain and discomfort?”

That’s where chiropractic comes in. You don’t need to suffer through it. Keeping up with the body as it goes through so many changes is the key to maintaining a relatively comfortable pregnancy.

Everyone, meet Wendy!

If you haven’t had the pleasure yet, she is the best. Wendy is a momma of two adult babes and remembers what it’s like to have little ones. If you’ve called, or texted you have probably talked to Wendy. You can find her most of the time at the front desk and if she’s not there, she’s holding your babies while your getting adjusted.

She’s a gift to this practice and we love her!

I was fortunate enough to get to adjust Luke’s momma during her pregnancy to prepare her for an at home birth. And boy did she rock her labor.

Loved working with this momma during your pregnancy. She stayed well and extremely active right up until the time she delivered her sweet baby girl.

Staying active is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby during pregnancy.

Chiropractic care during pregnancy can help you stay active with the workouts you love. Of course, modifications often times maybe necessary but there’s no reason you cannot keep working out if you are feeling well.

It is recommended that women get 30 min of exercise 5 times a week during pregnancy. Exercise can include yoga, walking, weightlifting, spin, etc.

If pain is stopping you from being able to move the way you want to, it’s time to get in for prenatal chiropractic eval and adjusting!
