I am almost 1 year post hysterectomy surgery and it is amazing to finally have my life back!

Being knocked down for days on end is NOT NORMAL… be your own advocate for your health.

It is amazing how angry I am at my male GYN - he was a baby doctor and not interested in helping me understand things.

I got a second opinion and my life back!

I have energy, a hormone doctor and hormone management! Makes a massive difference!

My mom use to do yoga watching Lilias Folan on tv in the 1980’s. This is sad.

I had the opportunity to take an in person weekend workshop in St Louis with Lilias back in early 2000’s before moving to Arizona. She was such a delightful woman.

Folan's show, "Lilias, Yoga and You," became one of the most successful series in the history of public television, a 1985 article reads.

Your calves!

Last summer I had surgery and I sat propped upright for 5 weeks. It screwed up the pump of my heart and so now I wear compression socks daily and do my calf lifts.

So words of wisdom to those of you who sit for long periods of time - WAKE UP YOUR CALVES!
