I have a resident moving out on 6/30/25. She was just approved for ALTCS United HC- no case manager assigned yet. Anyone in Phoenix or Tucson have a room?

I’m looking for a certified caregiver for Saturdays and Sundays 7a- 6p for my 7 resident home. This can be a permanent shift or a temporary situation if you’re looking for some extra cash. At the very minimum I am looking to fill the weekend shifts through the end of October. Located in Scottsdale.

Holistic Home Sweetwater has one of our PRIME bedrooms available! Do you have a high acuity client? Someone who is been failed by a SNF or rehab? A client who wants to eventually move back home? We ❤️❤️❤️ these people! We are a goal focused team. Special lifestyle choices: diet, alternative medicine options, fragrance sensitivities…No Problemo!
