My name is Michele, and I am the owner and Chryotherapist Specialist at BFitCryo. I fell in love with health when I first began my fitness journey as a triathlete. But as I became older, I found it more and more difficult to compete at the level I set for myself. So I decided to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty- I started lifting weights, which quickly became a real passion of mine! I now compete in doing shows and modeling competitive suits for stage. After speaking with my fitness coach about areas on my body I was not fully satisfied with, he recommended I see a Chryotherapist in the Arizona Valley. I of course saw remarkable results for myself and decided I wanted to do this for other people!

With the desire to want to help other people gain the confidence Chryotherapy gave me, I took the leap of faith in opening up my own specialized Cryotherapy business. My goal is to help others build a positive attitude about their body. Aging is a part of life that we can’t control, up until now...

What is Cryotheraphy?

Cryotherapy is essentially the process of using cold temperatures for their health benefits. This form of therapy has been used in different ways since the 1700s to decrease pain and muscle spasms, improve recovery, slow cell aging and improve health.
