Another Mother’s Day has come and gone. Hoping you had the most wonderful of days, doing exactly what you wanted. For many of you I know it was just more of the same, but hopefully you also got some rest!

I personally struggle when people refer to me as superwoman. I think “you clearly have not seen my messy house” or “am I making this look easy, because it’s NOT”. In the end, I know everyone has the best of intentions. And I know that no one else could do what we do the way we do it.

So every time I want to tell a Mom how she’s a superhero, I stop and say “You’re incredible, is there anything I can do to make your day better?” Because let’s be honest… how many times does someone ask you that!?

Try it out on a mom you know and let me know her response! 🥰💕💐

It’s finally here! For all those families who are always asking me for more information on 💉 I will finally be hosting a class. This has been a long time coming. The first one will be this Friday August 30th, however it’s already full! If you have interest in attending a class in the future please respond to the poll! The amount of interest will help me determine how often I need to host this class. If you have any questions about the class first check the “vax education” highlight and then DM us if you still have questions. 🥰 I’m so excited to start sharing this information with you all!

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us and endured the heat to meet all the amazing birth workers! Even we get to network and meet everyone at this event that we love so much. The west valley needs more naturopathic pediatric doctors, but until then we’re just around the bend! Hoping to get the opportunity to work with more of you very soon.

Congrats to you women are amazing and had yet another successful event (even though you couldn’t get the iced coffee 😜) Thank you for all you do for this community, we wouldn’t be the same without you, your business, and supportive families! Counting down the days to the Spring Expo 😁

I missed it by just a hair but that is life with 3 kids. Never getting to things exactly when you planned! But I cannot let the day go by without acknowledging one of my favorite days of the year!

Today (technically yesterday now) June 12th is Loving Day! And if you don’t know what Loving Day is, you should. To me, Loving Day is more important than Valentine’s Day more important than our anniversary, because with this day our love may still be unrecognized. Our love may still be illegal! Thanks to the the Loving family (ironically their actual last name) who fought for their marriage, this day signifies the day in court that in*******al marriage became legal, an all too short time ago! Being in an in*******al marriage and having mixed race children, although my biggest blessing, is extremely difficult even in 2023 so I can only imagine what it was like in 1967. Thank you again for making my family possible. I am eternally grateful 🥰

Wishing everyone the happiest of Mother’s Days! I know this day can be so tough for some. For me, it was more enjoyable than I anticipated. I’ve been in a very tough season of motherhood and struggling to see the bright sides through the darkness. If you’re in a similar season, know you are seen and others are struggling too!

For the people who are alone, wishing so badly to be a mother, lost their mother, or lost a child this day is still for you! You are worthy and loved, we celebrate you!

I’d love to hear how you ended up spending your day? Was it what you hoped for? Tell me all about it.

I’ve delayed telling my birth story because I couldn’t figure out the best way. In honor of Mother’s Day I’ll be posting my birth story throughout the week, along with photos and video by .cheyenne I’d also love to do a live to tell the story and answer questions, planning for Friday morning if you’re interested.

Update: office will be closed this week to enjoy my birthday and spring break with my family. I won’t be at the beach but I will be taking a much needed break! This was Valentine’s Day at our house. My husband and I have both taken our turns the last 2 days with the stomach bug going around. So last night I let my husband rest while I cooked dinner (that one kid barely touched and the other ate cold and alone while I tried to but the others to bed), and juggled 3 littles kids and all that comes with it, while still recovering from illness myself. So I guess what I wanted to say, was that to all the single parents out there and the families doing this thing without a good support system, I see you! You’re so strong and deserve more recognition and support. You are loved!

I have had some wonderful Valentine’s days, even since becoming a parent, but they won’t always be perfect, instagramable love story kind of days and that’s okay. We found a moment at the end of the night to appreciate each other and show each some love. We were present for each other in a time of need. What more display of love could you ask for?

If you’re a new parent or an experienced one but you find yourself without a good support system, let me know! All families deserve a good village behind the and I want to be a part of that! I offer free discovery calls for any one interested in extra care and support for their families. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

Two years ago I had my first daughter and just 2 weeks ago I had another! The love I have for these 2 little princesses is something I never imagined. The responsibility I feel to make sure they become strong, confident women is tremendous. Hopefully they always know how much I love them and how hard I try. Happy Daughter’s day you beautiful girls!
