We’d love for you to meet the newest addition to our studio, Nöelle 🔥

Hi! I’m Noëlle, but mostly people call me Noey. I’m originally from Seattle, WA - living in Arizona for 10 years now… the heat agrees with me *insert hot yoga joke*. I have been practicing yoga for about 12 years, teaching for 2. What I love most about yoga is how the whole world melts away when I’m on my mat. As an anxious-minded kind of gal, I really enjoy the calm and wholeness I feel during practice. What I never expected was that same feeling to come from teaching!! My greatest joy is watching students walk out of class with a big grin that almost says “Yep, I feel better now”. ‘Cuz same 🤗

I’m also a licensed Realtor, overly-proud dog mama, former ballerina, and huge stand-up comedy fan! I cannot WAIT to get to know the community at THY (and to see some familiar faces from Just Be)! 👋🏼🤍🧘🏻‍♀️

Hey there! I’m BraeLynn. I made the move to Arizona about 3.5 years ago for college (and I’m now a graduate yay!). I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 16, and after years of dedication, I finally earned my teaching certification last year. It’s been such an amazing journey, and I’ve been teaching for about 8 months now. I absolutely love it! What keeps me coming back is the incredible community—the students, the energy, the support. As a new teacher, that sense of connection is everything. Yoga truly feels like a family, and it’s what makes it all so rewarding.

Our Story

Since 2005, True Hot Yoga is Scottsdale’s first and premier hot yoga studio. We combine the powerful, healing elements of traditional hot yoga and Ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow, with music added in all the right places to create exceptional, therapeutic hot yoga classes. We opened our Arrowhead Ranch/Glendale, AZ location in 2008. Our yoga studios feature heating and humidifying systems, Rexcourt high-performance anti-bacterial flooring, and showers with amenities (currently closed due to COVID-19) to get you on your way. Our boutiques feature the best in hot yoga mats, towels, clothing, and a selection of unique finds from small batch, made in the USA vendors.
