Stop and Breathe® is adapting to the current changes in our social distancing & sheltering at home by offering ‘Zenful Zoom’ sessions. When we can be together in person, we offer ‘Relaxy Hour’, ‘Mindful EmPOWERment’, & ‘Zenful Aging’ stress reduction workshops and private sessions to businesses, organizations, and individuals to help manage stress & anxiety and to also enhance overall wellness. Founded by Susan Ginsberg, E-RYT 200 in 2007.
Susan’s Deep Relaxation Series- Guided Breathing, Relaxations, and Visualizations has helped thousands of people across the world with proper breath guidance, relaxation techniques, and visualization strategies. These recordings, set to ambient music, are tremendously helpful for those who struggle with insomnia- Susan’s specialty.
Called ‘The Sleep Whisperer’ by many of her clients, Susan is passionate about helping others fall and stay asleep in a healthy way without the use of harmful sleep medications. The Deep Relaxation Series can be found on our website and is streamed via iTunes, YouTube, Spotify, Amazon music, and many other streaming sites.
