KC Animal Hospital opened in 1989 with Dr Daniel Pirotte’s desire to open a veterinary hospital that would provide the highest quality medical care, without compromising client service. KC Animal Hospital was built on the foundation that, to most people, their animals are not just pets but part of the family. We still hold those standards today and believe that by building strong relationships with our clients we can give them the necessary tools and education, so that we may help them make informed decisions about the health care of their family members. We take pride in offering the highest quality care to our patients, and commit ourselves to furthering our educations to keep up with continuing advancements in veterinary medicine.

We are looking to add to our awesome team, and we want someone who understands that our clients are like extended family to us. This position will be 16-40 hours a week, with occasional opportunities to work more as needed.

The right candidate will enjoy all species of animals as we are a small animal and exotic practice, which will include birds, reptiles, rodents, snakes, and much more. If you are outgoing, compassionate, self-motivated, and honest we would love the chance to talk with you. With this position, you will be the "face" of our hospital! We are unwavering in our commitment to exceptional customer relationships. It is imperative and non-negotiable that you enjoy working with clients in a customer service position. The right candidate will possess all of the following:

• Warm rapport with the clientele

• Good memory for people and their pets

Previous veterinary hospital experience is desired but not required. Candidate must have at least 1 year receptionist experience or extensive customer service experience. References are required. Compensation depends on experience.
