👉 Ice is best for acute injuries (think fresh sprains, strains, swelling, inflammation).
👉 Heat is best for chronic stiffness or muscle tightness (great for relaxing sore, tight muscles).
✨ Pro tip: If it’s red, swollen, or fresh—go with ICE.
If it’s achy, stiff, or lingering—choose HEAT.
Always listen to your body, and if you’re not sure, check with your chiropractor!

MEAL PREP TIP: Cook bulk protein (meats, lentils, beans, etc) on Sundays for the week. Having protein prepared saves time in the kitchen. And, keeps us away from sugary snacks while making meals.

We do, all the time and kale is one of our favorite greens! It makes eating this nutrient-dense green easier to chew and taste better. We massage the lemon juice and avocado into the kale. This recipe didn't need dressing.

1. Scan the QR code and register. Membership is free for 3 yrs. US Pickleball is covering the insurance for the event. Enter "Marti Monti" in the referred section. Marti is the event organizer.
