A big part of the work I do with clients is accountability - the real kind. I’m talking about the hard, empowering, uncomfortable, cycle-breaking kind.

The kind where you learn to pause instead of react. Where you stop blaming everyone else and start owning your patterns. Where you let people have boundaries with you and you don’t punish them for it.

Accountability is a form of self-respect. It’s not about shame. It’s about growth. If you’re healing from childhood trauma or attachment wounds, accountability isn’t optional - it’s the path forward.
