Try stretching your thoracic spine. Opening/ lengthening your thoracic spine can help loosen your shoulders.

➡️Extra tip: feet shoulder width apart & about a 12 inches from the wall. After you rotate, do a push up into the wall. If you want to make this stretch more advanced move closer to the wall.
