Yesterday’s breast aug was all about balance. ✨ We used moderate plus profile saline implants to create a natural, symmetrical result. Final fill volumes were approximately:
🫧 375–450cc on one side
🫧 425–510cc on the other

Saline implants are filled after placement, which gives us the flexibility to fine-tune sizing in the OR - perfect for adjusting symmetry and making the final look. 👌🏼
