A deep plane facelift is the gold standard of care for patients looking to improve their , , and rejuvenate the volume as well as contours of the face and neck.

The key to the surgery is really the release of the deeper platform beneath the SMAS and platysma musculature, allowing these to be lifted vertically into a restorative position.
