Sometimes it’s not just about going bigger — it’s about creating the right shape, projection, and balance. ✨

This patient originally had 373cc implants, but felt they were too small for her frame. During her revision surgery, we upgraded to 585cc implants to enhance projection and overall volume for a fuller, more proportional result.

To further refine the outcome, we also performed an inferior capsulorrhaphy — a technique where sutures are placed to raise the breast fold and reposition the implant slightly higher and more centered on the chest wall. This helps improve implant support, symmetry, and long-term positioning.

Every revision is customized to the patient’s anatomy and aesthetic goals — because the details make all the difference.

For some women, ni**le reconstruction is the final step in feeling whole again after breast surgery. 🤍

Once the ar**la is tattooed, the scarring becomes incredibly minimal and blends beautifully for a natural-looking result. Every detail is customized to help restore confidence and create the most realistic appearance possible.

If you have any questions or concerns about ni**le reconstruction or would like to schedule a consultation, call our office today. We’re here to guide you every step of the way. ✨

A rare and aggressive case of angiosarcoma of the right breast. ⬇️
This patient previously underwent a lumpectomy and radiation, but developed a recurrent cancer known for invading the skin and surrounding soft tissue.
Treatment required a mastectomy with a wide resection of involved skin — leaving a significant chest wall defect.
Through advanced surgical technique, we were able to carefully mobilize and rotate surrounding chest tissue to achieve primary closure. This approach allowed us to avoid the need for skin grafts or tissue transfer from other areas of the body.
Every case is unique, and complex reconstructions require both precision and adaptability to restore form and function. 🙌

If you have questions about breast reconstruction or complex cases, we’re here to help guide you through your options!

For educational purposes, some of the wonderful things that can be done with collaboration in n plastic surgery.

This lovely, young lady had an unfortunate complication following a mastopexy with augmentation at another location, where the ar**la was partially compromised and had subsequent necrosis and depigmentation of the ni**le and ar**la. She was seen for medical tattoo to restore symmetry, size, and pigment. 🎨

🎉She was extremely happy with the outcome. She was ecstatic with the results and achieving an improved appearance with better size, shape, and symmetry.

“I truly love this type of work—seeing how happy women are when they feel complete again. It’s often that missing piece after everything they’ve been through, and being part of helping them move forward is incredibly meaningful.”
-Michelle

Not all burns happen the way you think ⬇️

After breast reconstruction—especially in radiated tissue—sensation is often reduced, meaning you may not feel heat or cold the same way.

⚠️ Heating pads, ice packs, and even direct sun exposure can cause serious injury.
In this case, a heating pad led to a full-thickness burn, exposing the implant and requiring removal.

➡️ The after photo shown is post-explant, where the implant was removed to allow the area to heal.

She will undergo a flap reconstruction in the coming months to restore the breast.

We strongly advise against placing direct heat or ice on reconstructed breasts. What feels mild can quickly turn into severe damage.
Your safety matters—protect your skin and always consult your surgeon first.
