My first job as a sports chiropractor was with Ted Omura at Score Clinic in San Jose, CA. I wanted to learn from a successful sports chiro who was in the trenches. Dr Omura (O) was a great mentor for me as a practitioner. I didn’t ask many questions but I’m attentive, I watched what worked and applied it. Got my hands on elite athletes treated a number of patient types and conditions and learned what would help set me apart as a practitioner.

At that time I was fortunate to meet Scott Coker, CEO of K1, Strikeforce, and most recently Bellator I remember talking about heading to Arizona with the goal of establishing my own sports clinic. He supported me from day one and believed in me.

Every stop for Scott in the MMA world has been nothing short of impressive. Congrats on all the success amigo and thanks for your belief. The Godfather of MMA all love brother. Lucky to call you friend

And to Dr O…. Thanks for setting the standard and allowing me to learn. Respect
