Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm is the frequency of 7.83 Hz, also known as the “Schumann Resonance". A 7.83 Hz frequency is an alpha/theta brainwave frequency in the human brain. Alpha/Theta brainwave frequency is relaxed, dreamy, sleepy state, that is also when cell regeneration and healing happens. It is no surprise that people nowadays, especially in bigger cities, are unbalanced, irritated, reactive, angry and disease are rising in astronomical numbers. It has been proven by scientific experiments that tuning into 7.83Hz, the planet's own magnetic frequency people experience benefits like enhanced learning/memory, body rejuvenation, balance, improved stress tolerance, anti-jetlag, anti-mind control, and grounding. On the other hand, experiments were done, where Schumann resonance, the exposure of 7.83 Hz frequency was removed from individuals environment. The subjects reported migraine headaches, emotional distress, and other health problems. This shows how important it is to be in tune with the Earth's magnetic frequency.

Last night, while waiting to board our plane, Carter Jean was being her usual inquisitive self wanting to meet and say “hi” to everyone she could, until she walked up on this man.

This wasn’t a short little exchange, this was 45 minutes.
Watching them in that moment, I couldn’t help but think, different genders, different races, different generations, and the best of friends.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me and Unstoppable Healing in any which way over the past several years. You have all helped me along the way and I greatly appreciate every one of you!!!

As you may have seen here and on my website UnstoppableHealing.com (new one coming out in a few weeks), In addition to sharing health related news and information for you, I have shared about my personal health improvement journeys and setbacks.

So you may know that I've struggled with insulin resistance for almost 20 years (that I'm aware of). Even when I was in my athletic prime, powerlifting, running miles every day and playing football lineman in Police Olympics. I've always believed that there is a hint or message somewhere, somehow, that would explain just how it just flared up out of the blue. In the meantime, I kept it under control with a small dose of Metformin.

Fast forward to 2012.

Metformin worked until the time I was testing for my Black Belt in Kajukembo Northern Tumpai - the culmination of a 5-year Kung Fu academy training consisting of Karate, Juditzo, Kenpo, American Kickboxing, aspects of Muay Tai and Chinese Kickboxing, Weapons Training (Knife/Sword and Staff fighting), Street Fighting, and Tai Chi. I trained 3 hours every day for a month, but I just started getting weaker and weaker. I started losing weight. And when my six-hour test came, I was literally on the verge of passing out.

Then the non-stop peeing started and I knew what was happening. Not why. Just what. My blood sugar was in the mid 400s. Enough to go into a diabetic coma.

My doctor had me double my Metformin and start another med called Januvia. My HA1c came down and has been relatively good since. But I still believed there were Hansel and Gretel like clues somewhere, somehow that would help figure this crap out! All I knew though was that I lost 30+ lbs of muscle in 30 days (212 lbs down to 181 lbs) and was officially Type II diabetic with insulin resistance.

Fast forward to NOW.

Last November I went to my first monthly gathering at a Think-Tank of like-minded health and wellness practitioners. This served my goal of making more people and health practitioners aware of Unstoppable Healing and the ancient and rare science of Chi Nei Tsang. The presentation was given by Anna Sparks and her team of health specialists at Sparks Systems.

They spoke about their individualized metabolic functional testing and analysis combined with nutritional analysis. I immediately knew this was exactly what I had been looking for all those years. And what I love about it is that we're looking at my body, my metabolic function, metabolic efficiency and inefficiency of my body - burning fat vs. carb while resting and exercising. Mind you, I should burn about 70% fat and only 30% carb for my energy. My numbers are backward, even worse. 13% fat and 67%.

The good news is that I'm learning I can change this number easily. I'm about to follow a ketogenic diet. I'll share more about how this works and how my numbers change in my next writing. I'll also share more about my experience with the Sparks System and it's super team of health professionals.

I want to share with you of a new Unstoppable Healing client who felt called to stop by my booth at the Health and Wellness Expo earlier this month. I will call her K. in this message to you. My hope is for you to truly understand that what is important here is not how Chi Nei Nei Tsang works, but that you understand "How You Will Feel and How You Will Change".

K. was fully aware that she carried in her tons of emotional “baggage”. She was painfully stuck … stuck with harsh traumatic energies from past experiences which she’d been carrying inside her for her whole life. The weight of all the painful experiences were so tiring and so hard. Everyday single day. And they were causing chronic pain and all sorts of health issues.

The good news … K. wanted her freedom. She wanted to take back her hijacked life to be truly able to live her life as she’s known she deserves. So she took the leap. She cried and grieved very strongly, yet again. And even more anger came out as I supported her to get it out. Not to hold onto it another second. It wasn’t her “crap”. It just wasn’t hers. I told her that it’s what was causing her gut to be all tangled up and blocked and stuck!. I told her to swear, kick and pound her fists on the massage table. And she did. She felt a pain in her forearms and in her calves. She couldn’t dump this “ugly painful sludge” fast enough. But when we were done. She was so relieved and so happy. And she’s so excited for her next session will be very soon!
