All the organs move when the diaphragm moves, and they need to move harmoniously to have good function and vitality. Think about when you have infection, or inflammation, or some physical trauma, and the tissues around certain organs are restricted and then it impeded the movement of the organs, will they still be healthy and happy? Organs need to have good physiological movement to have good function.
