So many special moments from last night, here’s just a few 🥰 Nothing but love and gratitude for this community that keeps showing up—for ourselves, for our loved ones, for the earth 🦌❤️‍🔥 The world is changing, and we all have a lot of work to do. We sing and pray together and cultivate moments like these to carry us through all that we have to do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Dear community,

You are warmly invited to an evening of heart-centered connection and healing on Monday, November 18th. Join us for a sacred Cacao Ceremony, accompanied by soul-stirring medicine music, as we open ourselves to the wisdom of the cacao plant medicine to awaken, heal, and inspire.

🌟 Where: 600 N 4th St
🌟 Contribution: $20

Hey Soul Family ❤️‍🔥 If you’ve been to Skyline on Saturday mornings, you’ve likely already met our wonderful Morning Flow instructor, Carolina! 🧘‍♀️🌸

Carolina is a registered yoga teacher, K-12 teacher, and artist. She received her yoga teacher certification in 2023. Carolina is fascinated with our bodies’ abilities to heal and the mind-body connection. 🧠⚡️ She combines mindful breathing, modifications with props and a playful approach in which participants can safely challenge themselves or relax fully. Her goal is for participants to create a sustainable personal practice that can carry them through the varying seasons of life. 🍃

✨Fun fact: Carolina is originally from Uruguay 🇺🇾 (that’s where these awesome photos were taken 🏙️) and her beautiful watercolor artwork will be on display at the Skyline Lofts Gallery through next month!
