September Newsletter: Happy September from Dimensions of Heaven and Earth! We hope everyone had a rewarding and inspirational Labor Day weekend, full of connections and insight! If we take advantage of the events and gatherings presented to us, EVERY interaction can offer us an opportunity to evolve the ways through which we exchange energy with others, including building and reinforcing the boundaries we have. September is “Dimensions of Boundaries” Month!

One of the most important revelations to help us achieve the calm and enlightenment we seek is directly related to our boundaries: DECIDE how you receive the energy from the people around you. Not addressing the energies that interfere with our peace and our Intention doesn’t mean they have disappeared. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, so if we are not either grounding the unwanted energy or “jamming the signal” to avoid “taking it personally,” these energies are still being layered upon our Auras. If we are angry, annoyed, or sad, then we have already absorbed this energy into our essence. It’s time to recognize that we have every right to determine new ways to handle these undesirable energies, especially if we feel we have an obligation to deal with these people. August is "Dimensions of Release" Month: Happy August from Dimensions! July was a powerful month of creation and planning here at Dimensions, and new concepts and projects unveiled themselves to us! The contemplation and self-reflection work we've done in July is paying off. Now we need to let go of those energies and bindings that no longer serve our Highest Good.

The definition of Release seems pretty straightforward, but many of us have challenges with actually doing it. Releasing unnecessary emotions, habits, and energy is NOT the same as ignoring or suppressing them. Disconnecting from those emotional and spiritual "anchors," even those related to what we have chosen as "obligations," can allow for new insights into personal growth. Find Grace in how you give yourself permission to feel a new way about the obstacles you face. Practice Gratitude for the lessons you have learned during those trying experiences. You've already decided to face them anyway, right? So change your Mindset!

Finally, sift through your memories to identify the triggers of negative experiences so that you can work to clear the emotions you've associated with them. You can still use your bad memories as opportunities for improvement, but no one says you have to relive the feelings anymore...

Practice self-care this month, truly let go of the energies that restrict your expansion, and reap the benefits!

Happy July from Dimensions of Heaven and Earth! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us last month at our expos, classes and workshops; we are truly grateful for all of the energy and awakening we could share! With all of that expended energy, it’s time for reflection, and July is “Dimensions of Repose” Month.

Repose, that state of tranquility and rest, helps up sit back and become fully present, receiving every subtle energy from the world around us and then closing down to reflect solely upon the internal emanations of our Spirit. Self-care can both conserve your energies for healing and rejuvenation as well as seek guidance from the Divine on how to embrace change in new ways. Set aside time throughout this month to really go through past experiences and future plans to identify potential opportunities for greater expansion.
