Dimensions of Heaven and Earth November Newsletter:

Happy November from Dimensions! We apologize for the delay in our getting this newsletter out to you, but the beginning of the month has presented us with so many opportunities: new inspiration, incredible products, travel for new possibilities, catching a cold from travel for new possibilities… :-P We have a busy weekend coming up, too, with a vendor booth at the outdoor, family-friendly Shape Up US health and wellness expo on Saturday and an amazing class to learn how to connect with the Archangels on Sunday! All month, we will continue to bring you our compelling workshops and classes to help you grow your own spiritual “toolkit” and expand your energetic horizons!

We are also proud to be helping the One By One Foster and Kinship Solutions organization to collect non-perishable food items and donations to assist foster families during the Thanksgiving holiday, so bring your donations to our Scottsdale Center!

For many reasons, we have decided that November is “Dimensions of Grateful Living” Month, as we all should be taking our high-vibe practices to the next level by LIVING the Gratitude we want to manifest and experience! Enacting the Law of Attraction, we want to let go of the popular phrase “Fake it till you make it” due to the beginning connotation of “Fake” that indicates you don’t already have the energy. Going forward, Dimensions recommends a new motto for taking advantage of Universal Attraction: “BE it till you SEE it!” KNOW that you already have your goals manifested! We just need to speed up time to get them NOW!

August is "Dimensions of Release" Month: Happy August from Dimensions! July was a powerful month of creation and planning here at Dimensions, and new concepts and projects unveiled themselves to us! The contemplation and self-reflection work we've done in July is paying off. Now we need to let go of those energies and bindings that no longer serve our Highest Good.

The definition of Release seems pretty straightforward, but many of us have challenges with actually doing it. Releasing unnecessary emotions, habits, and energy is NOT the same as ignoring or suppressing them. Disconnecting from those emotional and spiritual "anchors," even those related to what we have chosen as "obligations," can allow for new insights into personal growth. Find Grace in how you give yourself permission to feel a new way about the obstacles you face. Practice Gratitude for the lessons you have learned during those trying experiences. You've already decided to face them anyway, right? So change your Mindset!

Finally, sift through your memories to identify the triggers of negative experiences so that you can work to clear the emotions you've associated with them. You can still use your bad memories as opportunities for improvement, but no one says you have to relive the feelings anymore...

Practice self-care this month, truly let go of the energies that restrict your expansion, and reap the benefits!
