๐คDid you know that GINGER is great for migraine headaches? There's actually some other great benefits too but I know some of you out there are dealing with migraine headaches, so hereโs a possible solution!! You can just take one small piece of ginger, about maybe an inch, peel it-slice it, you can blend it up in the blender and then strain off the pulp. Add it to a cup or two of water.๐ง๐ง
๐ซGinger is good for a lot of thingsโฆ it's good for your nervous system, improves your brain function, and helps reducing anxiety. It can improve mental clarity and it really protects brain cells from damage and reduces the risk of neurodegenerative diseases. It can be good for menstrual cramp reliefโฆ(I remember taking it when I was pregnant with my kids for nausea!) It's been shown to be quite effective with pain relief too and obviously less less risk and side effect than taking drugs.
๐คThere was a study back in 2018 and it found that ginger, when it was combined with treatments of migraine medication, it helped reduce the frequency severity and duration of migraines.
๐ซGinger also helps with bloating or any other kind of gastric or upset stomach problems. It contains an enzyme that aids in reducing that bloat and it's great for inflammation as well. Itโs got bioactive compounds and powerful anti-oxidents and anti-inflammatory properties so it's great for any chronic inflammatory conditions too!
