I give myself permission to be me,
to be me, exactly the way I am, without guilt
I give myself permission to feel, without guilt
I give myself permission to be sad
I give myself permission to say what I think,
to eat what I want
I give myself permission to eat Chocolate!
I give myself permission to love myself
To feel that I am enough, just as I am
To stop searching for things that are wrong, that need to be fixed or changed
I give myself permission to say no
I give myself permission to allow my process to unfold in its own time,
to relax and trust that it will all work out
I give myself permission to take as long as I need
I give myself permission to just lie here
to let it be
to soak in sunshine
I give myself permission to rest, without guilt
I give myself permission to breathe
I give myself permission to heal
I give myself permission to be free
I give myself permission to love
