86 years young and still flowing strong. 🔥

Today we celebrate Phyllis, who began her hot yoga journey with Sumit in 2003 and has remained committed to the practice ever since.

For more than two decades she has shown up with dedication, heart, and determination — still practicing the full sequence and inspiring everyone around her.

In today’s photo she’s joined by her daughter, reminding us that yoga is more than a workout… it’s a practice that connects generations and keeps us vibrant at any age.

Phyllis, you are proof that yoga is truly a practice for life.
