Wow, 5 years goes by fast!

5 years ago we hired Olivia, a friends daughter, for part time reception work. She quickly grew into all things marketing and an integral part of our team. Every email you read and every piece of graphic design - that’s Olivia. Not to mention the grace with which she helps our patients and her wealth of knowledge she has accumulated.

We are so grateful for you, Olivia! Happy 5 years.

And even keeping our office orchids blooming year-round...

Less than 1% of Grand Canyon visitors hike rim-to-rim — and we did it all in ONE day! 🥾 Our favorite moments?

🏕️ Camping at the North Rim the night before.

🐍 The VIEWS, of course. Oh, and we saw a rattlesnake too.

👋 Meeting amazing hikers along the way (many kindly offered Dr. Morgan a band-aid for her scraped knee)

📫 Sending postcards from Phantom Ranch, the only place in the U.S. where mules transport mail!

🍔 Waddling into In-N-Out for a well-deserved victory meal.

This 24 mile trip took us about 16 hours, starting at 4:30AM and ending just after 7:30PM. Those final steps to the top were the most challenging, but crossing this experience off our bucket lists was entirely worth it 🙌

Brainstorming means going back to the basics — Pen and Post-Its 🟪✍️

Our goal is to design a plan that helps our patients measure and improve the most important variables in their health when it comes to longevity.

We asked each doctor to write out what variables they want to measure, how to measure them, how often, and how can we help our patients improve their scores. As we shared our ideas, we also rated our knowledge on each step so that we knew who and what topics we need to strengthen. From there, we took the best ideas from the group to develop our new program!

Our collaborative Post-It process allows us to make sure that we leave no stone unturned, ensuring our team is on the same page so that we can provide a consistent experience for each patient that goes through our Longevity Program.
