Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk professional at Integrative Health Institute. The Front Desk professional will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and providing general administrative assistance to the medical team. The Front Desk professional will support the medical team in providing an exceptional healthcare experience to our patients.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience in a medical office setting or hospitality
Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Athena (EMR) or others a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.

We are seeking a Front Desk Member Care Coordinator for our concierge medical practice.

We are a busy practice and are looking for someone who is able to consistently deliver an exceptional experience to our patients.

You must have previous customer service, or hospitality experience. You must be willing to build relationships and pamper our patients, all in a healthy, smoke-free environment.

Candidates must provide 2 references with application. Dates of employment and references will be checked.

Responsibilities/Mandatory Qualifications: Answer incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, and be the first-stop for patient needs. Prior experience as front desk, customer service, or hospitality required (2 years minimum.)

North Scottsdale Medical Practice looking for an experienced front & back office medical assistant. Must have more than 3 years of experience

Our patients expect the very best out of our employees. We are only looking for friendly, talented people who are eager to work.

Must have recent phlebotomy experience and be able to draw a hard stick. No smokers please.

We would prefer someone who lives in the North Valley or North Scottsdale. Long commutes are hard on everyone.

Full time employment. You must be able to: multi task; follow through with direct orders from the physician; work with others and independently; work in a fast paced environment; be detail oriented; love to work with patients; want to make a difference.
