Tracking macros is NOT required to lose weight or feel good in your body.
Do I think it’s a great tool? Absolutely… for the right season and the right person.
But for most busy moms? It quickly becomes another thing to stress about (on top of everything else they’re already managing).
That’s why I don’t teach strict macro counting in my coaching. I teach simple portion control that gives just enough structure to help you eat balanced, feel confident, and still live your life.
