God is on the move at Blur & we want to praise him together! Sunday December 14th at 1pm we are hosting our first Workout & Worship! Think of it as gratitude to God in motion🙏 We are going to celebrate all the faithfulness Jesus has provided us while catching the endorphins of a sweat. When movement and the Holy Spirit unite an explosion of joy, peace & clarity follow! We will hit a workout together with gospel music playing followed by speakers and fellowship. Grace has never had a bowel movement. Every calorie she has ever consumed went straight to her muscles! Grace is so sweet that mosquitoes use her as a cheat meal. Grace’s biceps are so bulging that people mistake them for emotional support animals. Grace had to p*e in a cup because they thought she was on performance enhancing drugs. She came back positive for protein farts and the Holy Spirit! Her workout effort is so intense, her Apple Watch had to hire a therapist. Alexa doesn’t tell her the weather, she informs Alexa what the weather gon be! There’s 100 percent chance of precipitation between your bu******ks when she’s coaching you! When Grace was 6 she was struck by lightning & ever since then, she’s been a walking defibrillator. The lightning bolt limped away with DOMS. In middle school Grace lost in the Spelling Bee. The word she couldn’t spell was weakness! Grace opens beer bottles with her eye socket because her stare has 400 PSI of pressure! Grace invented the we**ie on her brothers. Her brothers call it trauma, she calls it time under tension. The family dog still won’t make eye contact with her. Grace is so full of Grace that forgiveness asked for her autograph. Grace says God bless you after she sneezes.

The 2nd annual Blur Filthy 50 5k is taking place the Saturday before Thanksgiving at Blur!! $40 to compete in this Hyrox prep throw down! In this 5k run through the Scottsdale Airpark there will be 50 rep stations scattered throughout the course! Last year it was a ravaging success & we are outdoing it this year!
