The subfascial plane (just above the muscle but beneath the muscle fascia) is a great option for women who have enough natural tissue to conceal the implant but also have a bit of breast ptosis (droop). It allows the implant to settle more naturally into the lower part of the breast envelope — giving that soft, natural slope without compromising on fullness. 👙⁠
