Desert Sun Yoga
Desert Sun Yoga opened in December of 2017. Our goal is to educate and empower our students to learn about themselves and enjoy life! We have daily classes, ranging from aerial yoga, to aerial fitness, meditation, and even infrared heated yoga! It is our wish to provide a safe and comfortable environment to help you cultivate health, wellness, and balance in all areas of life. No matter your ability, shape or size, from beginners to trained athletes, we have something for everyone. While we honor the sacred practice of yoga, we also recognize that our mat and swings are a place to unwind, have fun, and focus on the present moment.
