What you will do
Everyone who joins our team is responsible for creating value, regardless of their role. As the Front Desk Administrator, you are an integral and indispensable part of the office as you coordinate and provide the highest quality client experience. Specifically, you are responsible for:
• Working closely with our team to provide, and continually improve, the best possible experience to our expanding client base
• Ensuring clear client communication on the phones, and in person, including scheduling appointments
• Assisting our Client Relations Team with continually improving the client experience
• Continually improving office organization, processes, and flow
• Maintaining exceptional relationships with vendors and requesting documents as needed
• Ensuring supplies are available when they are needed
Who we’re looking for
● Minimum 3 years experience as an front office admin, administrative assistant, or related position with similar duties.
● Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
● Working in a fast paced, challenging environment.
● Strong Technology skills.
● Extreme attention to detail, and ability to follow through on delegated tasks.
● Ability to work well in a team environment, and well as an evolving/expanding work environment.
● Strong Communication skills with clients, and team members.
● Ability to multi-task.
● Polite, personable, and energetic.
● Willingness to adjust to new tasks.
● Always open to growth and knowledge.
● Commitment to excellence.
● Interest in our field of practice.
● Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
● Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office.
