Natasha is a mother of 2, doctor of physical therapy & yoga instructor who is passionate about promoting pelvic health.
She received her BA in Exercise Science from U of A followed by a Doctorate degree in physical therapy from A.T. Still. Natasha has 25 years of combined experience as an orthopedic PT and Yoga, Pilates & Group Fitness Instructor.

Natasha educates her clients in breath work, ergonomics, posture correction & strength training to re- balance the body & optimize movement. Her keen eye helps her find the source of malalignment, dysfunction & disease & helps you achieve your wellness goals.
