This full-body class will take you through focused sections of:
🔥 Legs (large + small muscle groups)
🔥 Core
🔥 Upper body (large + small muscle groups)
With intentional guidance around mind-body connection, you’ll learn how to better understand which muscles you’re engaging, when to engage them, and different ways to activate the body with more precision and awareness.
Because building strength doesn’t always mean going heavy — often it means being specific, creating time under tension, and learning how to truly connect to the muscle you’re working. 💪
