After having a baby, your body goes through massive shifts in hormones, nutrient stores, sleep patterns, and stress levels. For me, the brain fog wasn’t random, it was a signal that my body needed support.
So instead of guessing, I ran labs.
I looked at my hormones, adrenal function, and micronutrient levels to understand what was actually going on internally. From there, I was able to use targeted nutraceuticals and supplements based on what my body specifically needed, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
I also focused on supporting sleep where I could, stabilizing blood sugar, and giving my body the tools to recover instead of just pushing through the fatigue.
The difference in my mental clarity, energy, and overall function has been huge.
