🗒Your ingredient list:⠀

🍄organic portobellos⠀

🦀wild-caught king crab legs⠀

☘️fresh organic oregano⠀

🌵fresh organic chives⠀

🔥organic grass-fed ghee⠀

The prep⠀

💨1. Dehydrate the portobellos (set your thermostat on your dehydrator to about 100 degrees and let it go overnight). If you're jaded by smily mushrooms, this has major gustatory ROI and it'll heal the worst cases of PTSD from the canned Green Giants of your childhood.⠀

🔥2. After your portobellos have dried, toss some ghee on them and bake them in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. You know we're all about the LOW and SLOW. ⠀

✂️3. As the portobellos are cooking, cut the cab legs with scissors and chop the meat. Then chop your oregano and chives. Toss the crab leg meat, oregano, and chives in a bowl and mix. ⠀

🔥5. Put it in your oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. ⠀
