Listen to the intuition inside you that walks confidently toward your hearts desire. The journey requires that you seek. Become a seeker. To seek is to ask without having the answer ahead of time. A question sincerely asked will always be responded to. It make take some time, maybe a long time, but as Rilke said 'keep asking and one day in the near future you walk someday into the answer.'

Modern technology robs you of intuition by design.
You need to remind people that science is the process that takes us from confusion to understanding. In this sense science is the communication path man should be using to study how nature shapes us. We must remind ourselves that the path is fallible because of the process of nature and the nature of man. Man, always creates errors and often he fails to understand why his methodologies can create many scientific fallacies believed to be fact. Much of what man has learned and come to believe is not true in nature, it just happens to bring us closer to the truths that nature weaves. This occurs because Mother Nature’s hand is capable of erasing while she simultaneously writes more wisdom that builds things around us. You begin to realize in every experiment and theory there’s no such thing as a complete lie or complete truth. There’s always some truth in there and that is what science is trying to squeeze out from the pulp. Man’s duty is to distill the juice of nature with experiment, but how something is studied affects the results and this can create new knowledge or dogmatic fallacy. Realizing what was once believed to be true, but no longer is true, is what creates man’s wisdom.
Everyone starts out the same way in life. S**t at what they do. You learn, and you improve, and you make tiny little changes every day to become better than you were yesterday. That’s how every scientist, physician, artist, writer, founder, lover, and designer built their careers and armamentarium.
So, when you look back at the work you did in this life, you can’t feel ashamed of your work. Celebrate your connection to it, because it proves your progress, and it shows how incredibly hard you worked to get here, now! Be passionate about yourself and your life. It is you and you must own it.
Enthusiasm can help you find the new doors, but it takes passion to open them. If you have a strong purpose in life, you don't have to be pushed. Your passion will drive you there.

What does the circle of life look like in one picture?

The point I have always try to make is that once circadian control is re-established in a biological system it is next to impossible to get any cancer unless it is tied to defect in the nuclear genome. That situation is exceedingly rare. Most cancers are tied to the mitochondrial dysfunction. When too much deuterium is in the matrix not enough DDW is made so more D20 forms. This form of water has a much higher viscosity and does not allow the ATPase to spin as fast. As a result, ATP levels drop and redox power drops. This is the stimulus why the Warburg shift moves to glucose and glutamine over fats. Acylcarnitine rises in the blood and this molecule is like the black exhaust you see on a car tailpipe from incomplete combustion of fuels. This happens not because glucose or glutamine fuels are bad. The rise in acylcarntine is sign that our engines have lost redox power to perfectly burn fats. It also signals that water creation in the cell has too high viscosity in the matrix or cyctoplasm to make ATP. The number one way a mitochondria gets H+ is from fat and protein but if the engine cannot use fat and protein oxidation is filled with high viscosity deuterium using these fuel sources never fixes the fundamental problem. H+ is the ideal isotope for viscosity to run the ATPase under the 42% of the sun's red light. Normal bulk water has a viscosity 10% lower than DDW that is activated by UV and IR light from the sun. This water is called coherent domain water and it will exclude everything in it to the size of H+. This includes even the isotope of H+, deuterium. Coherent water is the same as DDW except it has added sunlight. IR light makes it most quickly, but UV light extends its effect and size of the coherent domains. This is why the coherent domains of cell water has a new absorption specta of 270nm. DDW absorbs best 600-3100 nm. The larger the coherent domains in water created at CCO become, the more efficient the ATPase spins. The more ATP is made. This viscosity issue shares a major downstream effect on in increasing the periodicity of the peripheral clock genes which are all linked to cytochrome 1 (NADH) and the outer mitochondrial membrane and rough endoplasmic reticulum. If the cytosol is gunked up with non coherent domain or deuterium laden water the clock genes are stuck in a syrup and lose their mobility and periodicity to act with the natural EMF's from the sun. Not only is the incident light is criitcal in setting the viscosity of the coherent domain water made in the matrix to get the ATPase spinning at the correct speed, but it is critical to how peripheral clock genes work with melatonin created in mitochondria to optimize the re-programming of the mtDNA. This is why most cancer generations are linked sequebtially to too much deuterium entering the mPTP pore is linked to low melatonin levels and poor solar exposure. It also does not allow proper conversion of cholesterol to vitamin D3 because those steps all require coherent domain from the matrix to have the perfect viscosity to operate with sunlight. Coherent domain water is 10% more viscous than bulk water but 20 times less viscous than deuterated water. Every second the ATPase needs to be loaded with 1500 H+ protons. It cannot work with deuterium version of hydrogen and the fraction is what slows the spinning Fo head. This 1500 H+ is the requirement at rest in the presence of IR-A light from the sun. The amount of H+ rises in exercise. So this points out the fallacy that exercise is foundational for health. It can hurt you if there is too much deuterium in the matrix and this is why the Leptin Rx asks you to wait until certain signs of the return of the spin rate of the ATPase is back. It usually takes 4-6 weeks in most people eating lots of animal protein and fat to replenish the H+ over the deuterium. Here is a an article that tells you why fixing the light cycles is key but the people who wrote the article have no idea how to do it properly. My mitochondriacs now do. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5310078/
