Back to Motion Chiropractic

Welcome to Back To Motion Chiropractic! Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Back To Motion Chiropractic emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place.

Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center. For some, Back To Motion Chiropractic will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others, the journey may offer a new center, on

Great speaker lineup at Attorney Larry Lazzara’s personal injury seminar. Speakers this time included a Neurosurgeon, Neuroradiologist and Pain Management Doctors. I’m always learning and trying to take the best care of my accident patients.

I still remember when I worked for Jeff Kitchen, PT, him demonstrating a shoulder impingement using a skeleton and why certain exercises can cause it. This knowledge was part of my foundation before Chiropractic school.

Ever suffered from shoulder impingement? This is caused by the supraspinatus tendon getting pinched under the acromion when the arm is abducted. As you can see, there’s not a lot of space between the two!

This 6 year old patient called requesting an appointment. Now she is working on her intake paperwork including name, address, phone, DOB, etc.

If you haven’t been into Back to Motion lately this is what I’ll look like. I’m also asking patients to wear a mask at least while face up on the table and when we are in close contact. Keep in mind breathing fresh oxygen is very important too! So use good judgment. Don’t exercise with a mask on...Just keep your distance from others. I hope you are all getting outside for some mask free walks or exercise. Stay healthy! ❤️

We are open! We are open by appointment only during the pandemic. Our motto has always been “We get you out of pain and Back to Motion!” I understand that working from home does not always allow for the most ergonomic positions and can lead to back and neck pain. I hope you are staying active and getting in some home workouts or at least going for daily walks. For those essential workers, most of you are working harder than ever now and may need physical support. If you need guidance you can always give me a call for advice or an appointment. During this time we are making every effort to sanitize everything each patient touches between each patient and I am wearing a mask for my protection and yours. Call 480-941-1555 to schedule your appointment.

Magnesium is one of the most prevalent mineral deficiencies in the adult population. Most Americans are not getting enough. Soils are depleted, the vegetables cannot absorb what isn't there, and acid blocking medications often block the little we do ingest. And so we develop symptoms of magnesium deficiency. Muscles and blood vessels contract, bowels slow down, inflammation rises and we start to feel unwell. Magnesium plays a huge part in cardiovascular inflammation and blood pressure regulation. Magnesium deficiency is one of the leading causes of elevated C-reactive protein. Supplementing with magnesium is heart smart.
Look for magnesium citrate or magnesium glycinate in dosages between 250-500mg daily.

The Healthiest Ice Cream You've Ever Had - Turmeric and Coconut

This sounds delish! Non dairy and low sugar (only a bit of maple syrup).

The Healthiest Ice Cream You've Ever Had - Turmeric and Coconut I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a bowl of ice cream. For as long as I can remember, it’s been my favorite late-night snack—and a family tradition. It could be freezing outside, but my entire family would still eat ice cream.

The Dangers Of Dairy

For those wondering why to limit dairy, this explains why it is inflammatory. If you don’t think inflammation is an issue for you keep in mind that basically all diseases are inflammatory processes. Personally I do not feel GI upset from dairy but I limit it because I know it’s not good for me. Read the article.

The Dangers Of Dairy All those “Got Milk?” ads from the last decade or so would have us believe that dairy is a cornerstone of a healthy diet, providing essential nutrients.

Osteoporosis Is Scurvy of the Bone, Not Calcium Deficiency

Vitamin C (see article for form), K2, and D3 for Osteoporosis. Not calcium!

Osteoporosis Is Scurvy of the Bone, Not Calcium Deficiency It saddens me to see older women diagnosed with “osteopenia” or “osteoporosis” listening to their doctors and taking supplemental calcium and even problematic drugs called bisphosphonates. These are irrational, dogmatic, harmful approaches to the problem of degrading bone as we age.
