Stopped by with their PopCycle cart and treated all of Shea staff with some 4th of July Treats! 🍦🍦🍦
So many Flavors or Popsicles and Ice cream bars. Definitely recommend Butter Pecan or Coconut if ya have the chance to meet them!
The Shea Nurses, CNAs and rest of the staff all appreciated it so much! Especially on these hot Summer Days!

Huge Congratulations to Miguel for being nominated for the CNA of The Year Award!!! 🏆🥇🏅🏆

Miguel has been a CNA at our facility now for 25 years as of this month! That is absolutely amazing! 🤩

Miguel has been a constant influence here at Shea! Promoting teamwork and exceptional service. He can always be counted on to lead by example, build strong relationships with residents and love on others around him.

Staff are always working their tails off to provide exceptional care to all of our residents.
So we had to have the truck stop by for a visit and of course to provide some delish sustenance to keep us all going! 🤩

March is a Month of Celebration and Recognition for a few of our Amazing Leaders! 👏👏👏

Jada Exstrom is our Wonderful Supreme Leader! She’s been a member of the Shea Family now for 5 years. Jada continues to crush every goal put in front of her and fearlessly leads our Shea team with a passion for loving care and success! We’re extremely grateful for all she does and celebrate her during !! 🎉

James Bailey is our Amazing Human Resources Director. He has been a member of the Shea Team now for 3 years, and is going strong! James quickly promoted through the ranks after starting his career at Shea as one of our receptionists. He continues to find new ways to celebrate others and promotes Shea Culture while attending to his standard, daily HR responsibilities! 👏 Thank you James!

Melissa Saucedo is Shea’s Exceptional Director of Social Work! 🎉 Melissa has been with this Shea Family for the last year but did have a prior 2 year stint with us back in 2017-2018. She just couldn’t stay away. What can we say?! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Melissa is a saint and a master at listening to our residents and their wants and needs. She is a “doer” and will always get right to a task for her residents so that they better understand how much she loves and cares for them. ❤️ March is 🙌

These three help make Shea Special! We definitely couldn’t do it without them!

Was so kind in setting up a waffle bar for our Staff and Residents to celebrate Valentines Day ❤️!
It was a hit and we had a huge turnout! These two girls were hustling and providing delicious food with great customer service! 🎉
Thank you Emblem Hospice for your loving kindness and exceptional care for those you serve!
Hope to have the amazing waffle bar again in the future!!! ☺️

…And a Birthday! 🎂🎈

Long before Shea Post Acute was Shea Post Acute, Lisa was cooking up meals for our residents!
She has continued to be a consistent, reliable and strong figure in the Dietary Department. 💪
With a facility that averages approximately 105 residents in house per month, Lisa and her fellow team members throughout the years put in tons of time and effort coming up with varieties of menu options and preparing breakfast,lunch and dinner each day for every resident! 🍳🍔🧆
We love you Lisa and Thank You for your many years of devotion on the team!
We look forward to many more!
