Dr. Holly Castle, Naturopathic Doctor Naturopathic Medicine incorporates the use of natural, high quality, safe, and gentle therapies. My boutique practice focuses on highly personalized care.

As a Naturopathic Doctor with over 25 years of clinical experience, I am uniquely qualified to provide individualized treatment for persons of all ages who want to improve and optimize their health and well-being. I am able to address a wide range of health concerns with gentle and effective therapies that include homeopathy, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, nutritional and dietary counseling, and lifestyle coaching. Patients can be seen in person or advised remotely through telehealth sessions. I received my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (now known as National University of Natural Medicine, or NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. Since receiving my medical degree, I have continued to take hundreds of hours of postgraduate education and training, with an emphasis on classical homeopathy and Biotherapeutic Drainage. I have had the privilege of studying with world-famous homeopaths and many leaders in the naturopathic profession. The principles of natural medicine have guided me for most of my life and I practice what I preach. Many of the treatments and lifestyle changes I recommend are regularly used by me and my family. Frequency medicine can be technological, like ultrasound or red light therapy. It can also include energetic healing tools like homeopathy, Gemmotherapy, reiki, or sound therapy, for example. In my practice, I find that most people are missing an energetic component in their healing process and this can be an important key to bringing their body back into balance.

New evidence on Arnica sheds light on its healing properties.. yes the evidence continues to pile up in favor of homeopathy!

Italian researchers have just published a paper examining the effects of the homeopathic remedy Arnica montana on human macrophages.

What are macrophages? They are specialized cells involved in the detection, phagocytosis and destruction of bacteria and other harmful organisms as well as the repair and remodeling of damaged tissue.

So what did the researchers find?
The homeopathic remedy Arnica montana significantly stimulates the expression of three genes controlling the regulatory proteins of the tissue around human cells (otherwise called the extracellular matrix) - with positive effects on cell adhesion and migration during tissue development and healing.
